The PP14 design was made between the years 1969-1994. It features a five cluster over complex millefiori around a central millefiori motif with a signature "alphabet cane" at the center. Each year contains a different letter to coincide alphabetically with that year. This example contains the letter "F" so one can conclude that it was made in the year 1974.
