Vintage Francis Whittemore Art Glass Paperweight Yellow Crimp Rose Bottle

Rough Dimensions: 4-5/8” diameter at the widest part of the bottle & 7” tall overall.

Makers Mark: Signature “W” cane embedded under the rose in the stopper.

Condition: A few very minor rub marks and a tiny nick to the underside of the lip - all only discovered under close scrutiny. Please see photos and let us know if you need any additional assistance. 

An incredible and rare piece, featuring a well executed yellow crimp rose with a 3-4-4-4 petal pattern design. Finished with complex cold work scalloping the upper bulb of the bottle, squaring the edge of the bottle’s lip and a deep 24 point star cut base.
