An excellent example with a large blue poinsettia blossom & stem at the center, flanked at the base with two additional red blossoms and white lampwork date at the base of the flower, "1916" and arching over the flower, "V.B. Billings". Paperweights like these were likely made to commemorate a person, place, or event and as such, are always fun research projects.
